Is your landlord letting you down? Feel free to name them here and let us know in what way you feel you are being let down.
I’ve had a number of complaints from tenants of Habinteg Housing Association. It appears they have no wish to bring some or all of their homes up to the 2010 Decent Homes Standard. These homes affect peoples lives. The majority of their homes are for disabled people.
I have many issues with my council – Birmingham City Council. Not so much with the housing department (though the CBL’s are about 8 months behind schedule & I do wonder how much of my rent & council tax has been wasted whilst they flaffed around), my gripe is mainly the repairs department. But this area is getting shot of Mitie in April. Whoopee.
Any issues? Pop them down here. Name & shame.

i have a 2 bed flat in shoebury and wish to downsize to a 1 bed,but south essex homes won’t help me move. i am on the transfer list and in band d, the lowest band, so when i bid on a property i am too far down the number list to have a chance of getting that property i want to give my flat to someone that needs it because i don’t, but seh does’nt seem to want it back as i am only downsizing 1 bedroom instead of 2 or mor e, then i would be in band a,this does not seem logical to me. secodly i heve been harassed by my neighbour for near on 3 years with her numerous false and unreasonable complaints to the verge of becoming ill,seh seemed to believe her without investigating the situation, nor did they give me the benefit of doubt that i might be telling the truth and she wasn’t.i feel that i have been very unfairly treated, and my other neighbours agree.thanks for listening.
