Welcome to Exchange Finder.
All accounts are manually created on the homeswap forums. After registering here, your account will be created within 12 hours. An email will then be sent to you which will include your username, a temporary password, the date your account was activated and the date your membership expires.
Exchange Finder is pleased to be able to let you manage your own mutual exchange adverts on the condition that you do not offer any financial incentive. It is illegal to offer money (in any shape or form) when advertising for a mutual home exchange. Your landlord can refuse to allow an exchange to take place if it finds financial rewards have been offered.
Exchange Finder will also not tolerate abuse of any of its members or staff. If abuse is found to have taken place, warnings or a ban will be issued depending on the circumstances and the severity of the case.
No refunds will be given.
No changes of service will be authorised (I.E. Transferrence of the account to one of our other sites).
